E-mail peekdate.dev@gmail.com. We answer in English or Finnish, usually within a few days. Please do not send passwords or payment card details.
Tap ⋯ next to the person's name — on a card in Discover or For You, in "Who liked you", or at the top of a chat — and choose Report and block, or Block on its own. Blocking takes effect at once: you no longer see each other, and any match between you ends. Every report reaches us immediately, and we aim to act on it within 24 hours. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the local emergency number (112 in the EU) first.
In the app: Profile → the gear icon → Account → Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your profile, photos, matches and messages. If you can no longer sign in, e-mail us from the address your account uses and we will delete it for you.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Peek Premium subscription. Cancel it in the store first (below).
Premium is sold and billed by Apple or Google, and only they can cancel or refund it. You can cancel at any time; Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Napauta henkilön nimen vieressä olevaa ⋯-painiketta – Löydän tai Sinulle-näkymän kortissa, Kuka tykkäsi sinusta -näkymässä tai keskustelun yläreunassa – ja valitse Ilmoita ja estä tai pelkkä Estä. Esto tulee voimaan heti: ette enää näe toisianne, ja mahdollinen match päättyy. Jokainen ilmoitus tulee meille heti, ja pyrimme käsittelemään sen 24 tunnin kuluessa. Jos joku on välittömässä vaarassa, soita ensin hätänumeroon 112.
Sovelluksessa: Profiili → rataskuvake → Tili → Poista tili, ja vahvista. Tämä poistaa pysyvästi profiilisi, kuvasi, matchisi ja viestisi. Jos et pääse enää kirjautumaan, lähetä meille sähköpostia tilisi osoitteesta, niin poistamme tilin puolestasi.
Tilin poistaminen ei peru Peek Premium -tilausta. Peru se ensin kaupassa (alla).
Premiumin myy ja laskuttaa Apple tai Google, ja vain ne voivat perua tai hyvittää tilauksen. Voit perua sen milloin tahansa; Premium säilyy maksetun jakson loppuun.
