By creating an account or using Peek ("the app", "we", "us") you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms; we will tell you about material changes in the app, and continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Peek is only for people who are at least 18. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give, including your date of birth, is accurate. We may remove, without notice, an account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login details secure. You may have one account, and it must represent you, a real, living person. Impersonating someone, or creating a profile for someone else without their consent, is prohibited.
Peek reveals your named features and your full photo to a match gradually, as your conversation goes on, rather than all at once. You decide about your own features and when you propose the next reveal, within the app's own mechanisms. We do not promise that a match, a conversation or a reveal leads to any particular outcome.
You must not: harass, threaten or abuse other users; post photos that are not of you, are sexual, or show anyone under 18; ask other users for money, gifts or financial information; spread hate speech or discriminate against anyone, for example on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, ethnic origin, religion, age or disability; use the app for advertising or spam; scrape, reverse-engineer or use automated tools on the app; get around the gradual reveal outside the app (for example by asking a match to send unrevealed photos another way); or use the app unlawfully. Breaking these rules may lead to a warning, restricted features or removal of your account, at our discretion. We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users in any form.
You can block and report other users in the app. We aim to act on reports within 24 hours. We may warn, restrict or remove a reported account and remove objectionable content. We do not promise a particular outcome.
You own the photos, text and other content you upload. By uploading it you give us a limited licence to store, process and show it to other users as far as running the app requires (for example your favourite feature in Discover, or a revealed feature to a match). Every uploaded photo is checked automatically before it is stored (see the Privacy Policy). We may remove content that breaks these terms.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or remove your account if we reasonably believe you have broken these terms, acted unsafely or unlawfully, or put others at risk. On deletion your data is removed as the Privacy Policy describes. Deleting your account does not cancel a Peek Premium subscription (see section 12).
Peek is provided as is. We do not verify every user's identity, age or intentions, and we are not responsible for how users behave, in the app or outside it. You meet people from the app at your own risk — meet in a public place and tell someone your plans. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages. Mandatory consumer protection law always applies.
These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are settled in the courts of Finland, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.

Peek Premium is an optional paid subscription. It currently gives unlimited likes in Discover and in For You, and shows you who has liked you. The free version of Peek remains available without it.
Premium is sold through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google) as an auto-renewing subscription of one, three or six months. The price and length of each option are shown before you buy. Apple or Google take the payment from your store account under their terms; we do not receive or store your card details.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, for the same length and at the price then in force, unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Peek account does not cancel the subscription — cancel it in the store first.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies; ask them. If the price of a subscription changes, the store will tell you before the change applies to you.
If Premium you bought does not show on your account, use "Restore purchases" on the Premium screen while signed in to the Peek account you bought it on. A subscription stays with the Peek account it was bought on and does not move to another Peek account.
We may change what Premium includes. If a change materially reduces what you have paid for in a current period, we will tell you in the app, and you may ask the store for a refund under its policies.

Luomalla tilin tai käyttämällä Peekiä ("sovellus", "me") hyväksyt nämä käyttöehdot ja tietosuojaselosteen. Jos et hyväksy niitä, älä käytä sovellusta. Voimme päivittää ehtoja; kerromme olennaisista muutoksista sovelluksessa, ja käytön jatkaminen päivityksen jälkeen tarkoittaa, että hyväksyt uudet ehdot.
Peek on vain vähintään 18-vuotiaille. Luomalla tilin vahvistat olevasi vähintään 18-vuotias ja että antamasi tiedot, syntymäaika mukaan lukien, ovat oikeita. Voimme poistaa ilman ennakkoilmoitusta tilin, jonka arvioimme kuuluvan alle 18-vuotiaalle.
Vastaat profiilisi tietojen oikeellisuudesta ja kirjautumistietojesi suojaamisesta. Sinulla voi olla yksi tili, ja sen on edustettava sinua, oikeaa elävää ihmistä. Toisena henkilönä esiintyminen ja profiilin luominen toisen puolesta ilman tämän suostumusta on kiellettyä.
Peek paljastaa nimeämäsi piirteet ja koko kuvasi matchillesi vähitellen keskustelun edetessä, ei kerralla. Sinä päätät omista piirteistäsi ja siitä, milloin ehdotat seuraavaa paljastusta, sovelluksen omien toimintojen puitteissa. Emme lupaa, että match, keskustelu tai paljastus johtaa mihinkään tiettyyn.
Et saa: häiritä, uhata tai loukata muita käyttäjiä; julkaista kuvia, jotka eivät ole sinusta, ovat seksuaalisia tai esittävät alle 18-vuotiasta; pyytää muilta käyttäjiltä rahaa, lahjoja tai taloudellisia tietoja; levittää vihapuhetta tai syrjiä ketään esimerkiksi sukupuolen, seksuaalisen suuntautumisen, etnisen taustan, uskonnon, iän tai vammaisuuden perusteella; käyttää sovellusta mainontaan tai roskapostiin; kerätä tietoja automaattisesti tai purkaa sovellusta; kiertää vähittäistä paljastusta sovelluksen ulkopuolella (esimerkiksi pyytämällä matchia lähettämään paljastamattomia kuvia muuta kautta); tai käyttää sovellusta lainvastaisesti. Rikkomus voi johtaa varoitukseen, toimintojen rajoittamiseen tai tilin poistoon harkintamme mukaan. Emme hyväksy sopimatonta sisältöä emmekä häiriköintiä missään muodossa.
Sovelluksessa voit estää ja ilmoittaa toisen käyttäjän. Pyrimme käsittelemään ilmoitukset 24 tunnin kuluessa. Voimme varoittaa, rajoittaa tai poistaa ilmoitetun tilin ja poistaa sopimattoman sisällön. Emme lupaa tiettyä lopputulosta.
Omistat lataamasi kuvat, tekstit ja muun sisällön. Lataamalla sisältöä annat meille rajatun oikeuden tallentaa, käsitellä ja näyttää sitä muille käyttäjille siinä laajuudessa kuin sovelluksen toiminta vaatii (esimerkiksi suosikkipiirteesi Löydä-näkymässä tai paljastettu piirre matchillesi). Jokainen ladattu kuva tarkistetaan automaattisesti ennen tallennusta (ks. tietosuojaseloste). Voimme poistaa ehtojen vastaista sisältöä.
Voit lopettaa sovelluksen käytön ja poistaa tilisi milloin tahansa Tili-asetuksista. Voimme keskeyttää tai poistaa tilisi, jos perustellusti katsomme, että olet rikkonut näitä ehtoja, toiminut turvattomasti tai lainvastaisesti tai aiheuttanut vaaraa muille. Poistossa tietosi poistetaan tietosuojaselosteen mukaisesti. Tilin poisto ei peru Peek Premium -tilausta (ks. kohta 12).
Peek tarjotaan sellaisenaan. Emme tarkista jokaisen käyttäjän henkilöllisyyttä, ikää tai aikeita, emmekä vastaa käyttäjien toiminnasta sovelluksessa tai sen ulkopuolella. Tapaat sovelluksen kautta tutustuneita omalla vastuullasi — tapaa julkisella paikalla ja kerro suunnitelmistasi jollekulle. Emme vastaa välillisistä vahingoista siinä laajuudessa kuin laki sallii. Kuluttajansuojalain pakottavat säännökset pätevät aina.
Näihin ehtoihin sovelletaan Suomen lakia. Riidat ratkaistaan Suomen tuomioistuimissa, paitsi jos pakottava kuluttajansuojalainsäädäntö antaa sinulle oikeuden nostaa kanne asuinmaassasi.

Premium myydään App Storen (Apple) tai Google Playn (Google) kautta automaattisesti uusiutuvana tilauksena, jonka pituus on yksi, kolme tai kuusi kuukautta. Hinta ja kesto näytetään ennen ostoa. Maksun veloittaa Apple tai Google kauppatililtäsi omien ehtojensa mukaan; emme saa emmekä tallenna maksukorttisi tietoja.
Tilaus uusiutuu automaattisesti jakson lopussa samanpituiseksi jaksoksi kulloinkin voimassa olevaan hintaan, ellet peru sitä viimeistään 24 tuntia ennen jakson päättymistä. Voit perua tilauksen milloin tahansa App Storen tai Google Playn tiliasetuksista; Premium säilyy maksetun jakson loppuun. Peek-tilin poistaminen ei peru tilausta — peru se ensin kaupassa.
Palautukset käsittelee Apple tai Google omien käytäntöjensä mukaan; pyydä palautusta niiltä. Jos tilauksen hinta muuttuu, kauppa ilmoittaa siitä ennen kuin muutos koskee sinua.
Jos ostamasi Premium ei näy tililläsi, valitse Premium-näkymässä "Palauta ostot" kirjautuneena siihen Peek-tiliin, jolla ostit sen. Tilaus pysyy Peek-tilillä, jolla se ostettiin, eikä siirry toiselle Peek-tilille.
Voimme muuttaa Premiumin sisältöä. Jos muutos olennaisesti vähentää sitä, mistä olet maksanut kuluvalta jaksolta, kerromme siitä sovelluksessa, ja voit pyytää kaupalta palautusta sen käytäntöjen mukaan.
